Eli was a huge help with our shower temperature issues. He also did some previous plumbing for us in November when we had septic tank issues. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Eli!!

We had a pipe burst in our basement at 8pm. We called and they were here by 9:30pm iinspecting it. Our tech Elisha was professional, punctuation, and knowledge. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter again.

Had an issue with just our kitchen drain backing up. Has Mr. Rooter come out just because they could come that day. After about an hour and a half, he (Aaron) Thought it was a bad vent because the sinks would drain without the vent on. That night I bought a new vent (Aaron didn't have one). Put it on, and had the same issue. Aaron called me the next day to see if it was working. I told him no, and he asked if he could come back that night, Thanksgiving eve. I didn't want to do that to him, so I just asked him to put us on his schedule Monday. (Our drain would go down, but very slow). Well, he came back on Monday and the drain is free flowing once again. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. I was very surprised that he called us to see if the issue was resolved. Aaron was great. Thanks again.
